These apartments are in the Portage School District, with children attending Woodland Elementary and Portage Central Middle and High Schools.
With 19 local parks and numerous bike trails, this Portage location is a great option for people who enjoy outdoor recreation, but it is also close to shopping of every kind, including Crossroads Mall. There are also a number of great places to go for entertainment, like Celebration Cinema, the Air Zoo, and Airway Fun Center. All of the apartments we offer for lease are setup with your comfort and convenience in mind. All appliances are ready to use, including a dishwasher, a refrigerator with icemaker, a double stainless-steel sink featuring a garbage disposal, stackable washer and dryer units, and central air conditioning with forced gas heating. You will also benefit from spacious walk-in closets, a large balcony or patio, thermos-pane windows, plush carpeting, and tile flooring, but the amenities aren’t exclusive to your apartment. The complexes feature carports, many natural trails, well-groomed grounds, intercom building access, cardboard recycling, and 24 hour maintenance availability for emergencies that simply cannot wait.
While our facilities are cat-friendly, we do not allow dogs. We offer leases for 3, 6, or 12 months, with a selection of floorplans that include up to two bedrooms and up to two bathrooms.
