To complete your application, you will need $50 for the application fee, documentation of income sources claimed on your tax return, and a fully filled out application form signed by all applicants and co-applicants. On our lease we do ask about rental history, including a consumer and rental history questionnaire. We also ask about the vehicles that will be parked on property and an emergency contact so that we can keep you safe while living in Spruce Creek or Pinewood Glen Apartments.
